An event photography and guest engagement platform. It matches guests to the photos they appear in using facial recognition, then delivers those photos to them by text or email — during the event, not days later.

They do not have to look. They scan a QR code, take a selfie, and add a phone number or email. From then on every photo they appear in is sent to them automatically, including photos taken before they registered.

No. Everything happens in their phone browser. The Tag Your Photo app is for the event professional running the event, not for guests.

It is how photo matching works, but taking part is entirely the guest’s choice. If someone does not register, no name, number or email is ever attached to their face and they are never sent anything.

Photos upload as you shoot and are matched and sent within about a minute in normal venue conditions. AI-styled versions take a little longer — seconds to a couple of minutes depending on the style.

Both. Text messages carry a short link to the guest’s personal gallery; emails carry a message you write yourself per event.

Yes — event overlays on every photo, sponsor placements inside galleries, and full white-labelling that replaces our branding with your client’s.

Yes. Connect a camera over USB and the app fires the shutter and pulls each frame across as you shoot. Works with Canon, Sony and Nikon cameras.

Yes. The platform has matched more than 83,000 photographs across 391 events. For festivals and multi-day conferences, talk to us first so we can size the plan and message volume properly.

Yes — built-in styles, your own custom prompts with fields guests fill in, automatic styling on every upload, and short animated videos generated from a single photo. Over 9,000 generated so far.

Yes. Per event: gallery visits, photo views, downloads, guest registrations, QR scans by placement, photos delivered, and an hour-by-hour engagement timeline. Analytics launched in August 2026 and cannot be back-filled for earlier events.

Registration is opt-in. Each operator’s face data is isolated from every other operator’s. Guests can delete their own face data at any time from their gallery, confirmed by a six-digit code, and it is destroyed automatically after one year of inactivity. We never sell biometric information.
