From the shutter to their phone, while the event is still going
Two views of the same system: what you do, and what your guests experience.
What you do
Create or select your event
Name it and you have an event — from the website or the app. Every event gets its own code and QR code. One event is active at a time, and everything follows it: the app, your camera uploads, the galleries. Switching events is one tap.
Capture and upload
Connect a camera over USB and the app fires the shutter and pulls each frame across as you shoot. Shooting handheld instead? Use the iPhone or iPad camera, import from the camera roll, or pull straight off the camera’s memory card. Photos upload in the background on a queue that never drops a shot.
Photos process themselves
Every uploaded photo is scanned for faces, matched against registered guests, given your event overlay, run through an AI style if you’ve set one, and queued for printing if auto-print is on. You don’t do anything.
Guests receive their photos
As soon as a guest is matched, their photos go out by text or email — and keep going out as you keep shooting. Their personal gallery updates on its own.
Run the room
Put a live slideshow on the venue screens. Set up a share station guests use to send photos to themselves. Approve photos before guests see them, if you’d rather review first.
Hand over the event
Your client gets a single gallery of everything, password-protected if they want, with Download All. Guests get a link to leave a review. You get a report of what the event reached.
If a shot fails to upload — dead venue Wi-Fi, app killed in the background — it’s saved to the device along with the phone numbers and AI style it was meant to carry, and retries later with all of it intact. Nothing is silently lost.
What your guests experience
Four steps, all in their phone browser. There is nothing to install.
Scan the code
A QR code on a sign, a table tent or the operator’s screen. It opens in your phone browser.
Take a selfie, add your details
One photo, your name, and the phone number or email you’d like your pictures sent to. That’s the whole registration — and it’s how you say yes to taking part.
Your photos come to you
Every photo you appear in arrives by text or email. New ones keep arriving as the night goes on.
Look, save, share
Your personal gallery holds every photo you’re in. Download them, share them, send them on.
Changed your mind? Remove your face from the system yourself at any time, from your gallery link. We text or email you a six-digit code to confirm it’s really you, then delete it. Face data is also deleted automatically after one year of inactivity, whether you ask or not. How facial recognition works →
