Galleries & delivery

Four galleries, each doing one job properly

Most platforms give you one gallery and hope it fits every situation. It doesn’t — a guest at the bar and a client signing off the event want completely different things.

The personal gallery — for the guest

Every photo one person appears in, and nothing else. It keeps updating all night as more photos come in. The link is theirs, sent by text or email.

The share station — for the event

A live gallery running on a tablet or screen at the event, where guests browse and send photos to themselves in the moment. Show everything, or just the AI images, or just video.

The client gallery — for after

One gallery with everything in it, to hand over when the event is done. Protect it with an access code, and let them take the lot with Download All.

The slideshow — for the room

Photos on the venue’s screens as they are taken. Guests open it with a slideshow code.

Delivery

Photos that arrive, rather than links that get ignored

By text. A short link straight to their gallery. More than 13,000 photos have been delivered this way. STOP and HELP work as they should.

By email. With a message you write per event — your words, not ours.

And it keeps going. Delivery isn’t a one-off send. Once a guest is matched, new photos keep reaching them for as long as you are shooting.

Guests don’t search. They get found.

Nobody scrolls a two-thousand-photo event gallery looking for themselves. Guests scan a QR code, take a selfie, and facial recognition does the rest — including finding photos taken before they registered.

Guests stay in control. Registration is opt-in: no name, number or email is ever attached to a face unless the guest chooses to register. Any guest can delete their own face data at any time from their gallery, confirmed by a six-digit code. Face data is destroyed automatically after one year of inactivity. Read our privacy approach →
